Golden Potatoes

Ingredients

30 ounces shredded hashed brown potatoes -- frozen
2 cups Sergentos cheddar cheese -- shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 container sour cream (medium size)
1 sleeve ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter

Instructions

Melt 1/2 stick of butter. Crush 4 crackers and aside.
Mix all the ingredients together except the sour cream. Add that slowly
to the mixture but not making it soupy.Put in a casserole dish.
Add the 4 crushed crackers on top. Then pour the butter last.
Warm till brown in 325 degree oven.
